If the Company does not possess the email address of a Shareholder or the email address provided is not functional5<\/sup>, the Company will send the Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form together with a request form for soliciting the Shareholder\u2019s functional email address to facilitate electronic dissemination of Actionable Corporate Communications in the future, until such time when the Shareholder has provided a valid and functional email address to the Company\u2019s branch share registrar as detailed in section \u201cPROVISION OF SHAREHOLDER\u2019S EMAIL ADDRESS TO THE COMPANY\u201d below for receiving the same.<\/p>\n The Company will make the Corporate Communications available on its website (www.www.diontek.com) and the Stock Exchange\u2019s website (www.hkexnews.hk).<\/p>\n PROVISION OF SHAREHOLDER\u2019S EMAIL ADDRESS TO THE COMPANY<\/strong><\/p>\n In order for Shareholders to receive by email all future Actionable Corporate Communications in electronic form from the Company, the Company strongly recommends the Shareholders to provide the Company with their email address at any time in future in writing to the Company\u2019s share registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen\u2019s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong or by email to Haitian.ecom@computershare.com.hk.<\/p>\n It is the responsibility of the Shareholders to provide email address that is functional. If the Company does not possess the email address of a Shareholder or the email address provided is not functional, the Company will act according to the above arrangements.
